“The only reason it’s a 4 star is before picking up at Barton location my initial location was 130 Upper Centennial Pkwy, U-Haul changed it to 1088 Rymal Rd 3 days before my event. Then the day of event and two hours before they cancelled it and moved it to Barton. Which was not good for me as it added more time at start and end of already tight schedule. Barton st location turned out to be perfect. The customer service woman (don’t know her name) was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I will return there for business”
“Easy to book online, my vehicle was ready at the scheduled time. An employee was being trained when I came in, while it took a bit longer than expected, everyone was very polite.
Don’t forget to record a video walk around yourself before drive off, and when you drop off. Always good to have your own records.
Overall I experienced no issues.”
