“Shout out to Charles for an outstanding sales and marketing strategy. He did all he could to ensure our business and above all our trust.
Good job Charlie!”
“We have had our trailer here for a year and a half now and Mark has been great to deal with. Whenever we had questions he was always very responsive. Like the camera and gate security system in place as it tracks who goes in and out which is comforting. Glad we found WSS.”

“Excellent service and a great facility! I’ve used this storage multiple times and have always had a positive experience. They offer a variety of unit sizes, and you can often find good discounts available. The staff here have always been supportive, friendly, and helpful. It’s definitely a wonderful option for storage if you live in downtown Hamilton.”
“Very professional staff, very clean and safe. Used this facility two different times because I truly appreciate how they maintain the building. No complaints at all”

“We just rented our storage unit at Dartnall Mini Storage. The grounds were clean and we like that each unit has a security alarm. There are cameras and it is well lit at night! We had a lovely women help us get all set up. She explained everything well.”

“I had a great experience with Access Storage. The service was excellent, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Hannah and Nicole were especially helpful, friendly, and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was taken care of properly. Their customer service really stood out and made my experience much better. I would definitely recommend Access Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient storage service!”
“Great customer service, prompt pick up & delivery, fantastic drivers! We rented a box first then ended up purchasing one (that they also moved for us). Driver, John, always called when ~30min away, very friendly & was able to do our long distance move. 100% recommend this company for moving or storage needs!”
“I was so very impressed with Upper James Self Storage! They were extremely clean, safe and secure. I had peace of mind while my entire life (literally) was stored in this facility for 9 months. Dori was absolutely amazing and made me feel extremely confident that she was keeping an extra eye on things at all times! In the future, if I ever need to place my personal belongings in storage, this will be the place I do so!”
“I had a great experience working with Rachel at SmartStop Self Storage. I was actually her first customer sale while she was training, and I have to say she did an amazing job. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process simple and stress-free.
Rachel took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. Her welcoming attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Even though she was learning, she handled herself with confidence and made me feel like I was in good hands.
SmartStop Self Storage is lucky to have someone like Rachel on their team. She is off to a great start and I’m sure she will continue to provide excellent service to future customers.”

“Paul, I believe his name was. Was absolutely great. I came in for a truck and motorcycle trailer and he made it all happen super quick, in and out. He was really nice and all around, a good dude. I’ll definitely come back. Thanks man!”
“The only reason it’s a 4 star is before picking up at Barton location my initial location was 130 Upper Centennial Pkwy, U-Haul changed it to 1088 Rymal Rd 3 days before my event. Then the day of event and two hours before they cancelled it and moved it to Barton. Which was not good for me as it added more time at start and end of already tight schedule. Barton st location turned out to be perfect. The customer service woman (don’t know her name) was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I will return there for business”
“Easy to book online, my vehicle was ready at the scheduled time. An employee was being trained when I came in, while it took a bit longer than expected, everyone was very polite.
Don’t forget to record a video walk around yourself before drive off, and when you drop off. Always good to have your own records.
Overall I experienced no issues.”

“Staff are great, facilities are clean and very easy to use via their mobile app. Pricing after the promo period ends is significantly more expensive, just be aware of that. Would recommend for short term.”
