Having previously reached out several times regarding an issue w my unit billing, the new manager was able to fix it immediately and with kindness that the previous management lacked. Very impressed and after years of being a client am finally no longer upset every time I EMT my payment. Tho prices are still somewhat higher than the norm I am glad the new staff make it worthwhile.”

“My experience was 10/10 personally. It was the first time using U-Haul rental services in my life but the team made it easy to collect the vehicle, understand what's expected of me (photos, petrol, km, etc) and return it just as easily. I'm happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to rent another vehicle with this location again if needed. The only minor issue I had was that checking in online (submitting the required info + documents) didn't seem to speed things up as the website said it would. However, things were still quick enough in the store so that honestly didn't bother me. The AndroidAuto function in the truck was also pretty convenient to pull up Google Maps & to play my music.”
