I recently visited your store and was shocked by the behavior of one of the managers toward an employee. As I waited in line to check out, I witnessed the manager openly reprimanding and yelling at the cashier to "hurry up" Her tone was harsh, and she continued to pressure and criticize the cashier in front of customers, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone nearby.
I stood there for a few moments, observing her behavior, and could see the distress it caused the employee. I even asked another staff member if this person was indeed the manager, and they confirmed she was the store manager. Her approach was intimidating and, frankly, disrespectful, especially considering the presence of customers.
I am genuinely concerned for the well-being of the employees who have to work under such conditions. No one should be subjected to public shaming or threats at their workplace, and it is disappointing to witness such treatment
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope that Urban Planet values its employees and can address this situation appropriately.

2 stars only because I do like the selection of clothes and the fact that they have Forever 21 clothes upstairs. Other than that, the employees are disgustingly rude and don’t acknowledge the customers whatsoever. I made a pretty big purchase and while the cashier was checking out all the items I bought, she didn’t even acknowledge me or ask if I found everything I needed. I completely understand some people have off days but I’ve been shopping here many times and each visit I’ve never felt welcome or noticed by any of the employees. They’re more focused on conversations with each other and talking down other employees that they work with, or about how they can’t wait to get off their shift and close the store. I work in retail at the same mall as well, so I just don’t understand how all the employees in this store don’t care to have any interactions with the customers. It’s very disappointing.

I was shopping here yesterday and i went to use the changeroom. When i walked in it stunk SO bad of BO it burned my nostrils and i felt sick. I had 4 items but could only stay in there long enough to try on one thing because the smell was so horrible. I felt bad for the girls working in there. I mentioned to her how discusting it smelled and she said after about an hour she gets useto it. I advise you to not let stinky people to try on clothes and then put it back on the rack. If they are letting people in there try on clothes that smell so bad its unsanitary to put those clothes back on the rack for sale again. ????

Terrible experience going to this place.
The girl at urban planet lime ridge mall in the cashier she was rude to me and disrespectful I had something on the back for hold she said that she gonna hold for me but I understood that they can’t hold it for more 1 I go grab my clothes again I was trying to pay and she so disrespectful to me again. Very rude people.

Went there a few days ago. Majority of employees do not like to interact or help with the customers, the cashiers specifically do not even acknowledge you. They do not say anything helpful or participate in basic small talk. One employee pushed past me to pass and she did not even say sorry or excuse me, she just stared. I understand it's a job and people are allowed to have 'off' days, or not be thrilled to work - but at the end of the day it's not difficult to give me my items or help someone without an annoyed look.
I've been this locations a few times and each time it's basically a similar unpleasant experience.
Atleast the store is clean and has a variety of merchandise.

Hi there, today i did shopping in urban planet and bought some tops and some stuff when i went to the billing counter, the staff is full of attitude and they don’t even greet customers.
Having a busy store is stressing i know but that doesn’t mean that u don’t even respect customers and show this much attitude. Please teach ur staff something how to be respectful with customers.

I go to many of the locations to shop for my daughter in order to catch good deals and new items. This is a great location for items but the staff is the least professional. I’ve had the manager as my cashier a few times and every time she’s discussing shifts with the employees while checking me out. She doesn’t engage and if you ask questions it’s just a quick ya or no as her response and that’s it. There is no communication to me other than “how are you paying?”. It’s not even just that she doesn’t look at you or ask anything it’s that she’s also talking about not being able to wait til closing time. She can’t wait til it’s time to shut off the music. I work in customer service so I understand she may have had a long day sometimes but I’ve had her 3 times and it’s the same every time. You almost feel guilty for even being there. My most recent visit was no different and to top it off there is a sale for the store for buy 1 get the 2nd 50%. She looked through my pile and gave me 50 % off of the underwear. When I bought jeans sweaters tops etc. she chose the absolute lowest things to mark with the 50%. No matter what store I go to they talk to you while cashing you out and explain which ones they’re applying the discounts to. They tell you if you choose another item how the sale will apply etc. she didn’t even ask or say anything she only spoke to the cashier beside her about closing and who can work weekends shifts. To top it off my mother in law who I took because she likes the odd skirt here and there bought 5 items and none of the items had the discount applied for the 50-% off. So I asked a floor employees if the 50% was the entire store and they said yes. So why was my mother in law not given any discounts? We went to a second location at maple view mall the same day ( as I mentioned we shop at your stores a lot ) and we asked them if it’s the entire store for the sale and again the employee said yes. At maple view the cashier advised us of how the sales work, was engaged and polite. The lime ridge mall is not inviting and it’s sad since they have good items. Not worth it though.

It is a good store , has a good clothes collection. But the store manager has a lot of unnecessary negative attitude. I had a worst experience with her while just buying things. She really don't know anything about professionalism.
