About Urban Planet
Urban Planet is a rapidly growing fashion brand in Canada, boasting over 100 locations and targeting young men and women aged 16-24. The store offers a wide collection of trendy clothing, footwear, and accessories at affordable prices, making it easy for customers to stay stylish without breaking the bank. However, customer service experiences can vary. Some reviews highlight a lack of friendliness from employees, with instances of staff not greeting customers or displaying a negative attitude. Despite these issues, positive experiences do occur, such as a customer who was grateful to a cashier for returning a lost wallet. Many shoppers appreciate the great deals, especially during sales, finding items like winter jackets and jeans at unbeatable prices. Overall, Urban Planet is a good choice for budget-conscious shoppers looking for common apparel, though the atmosphere may benefit from improved customer service.

Natalie at limeridge mall was fantastic on the sales floor, she helped us short girls grab all the items we needed. Great customer service especially after a busy day or hard work. Thank for all that you do!
