The Tube Store is a trusted source for guitar preamp and power amp tubes, as well as HiFi audio components. Customers consistently praise the company's exceptional customer service, which has helped them navigate through order changes and mistakes with patience and efficiency. The tubes received are always in excellent condition, with straight pins that fit perfectly into the equipment. Customers have had great experiences with the knowledgeable staff, who provide helpful advice and guidance throughout the purchasing process. The Tube Store is known for its competitive prices and reliable products, making it a go-to choice for audio enthusiasts. Unfortunately, the company will no longer be shipping to the US, which has disappointed some long-time customers who have had consistently positive experiences with the business.
Outstanding customer service, high quality tubes, and fast shipping. I highly recommend the tube store!
