“Pete worked on my vehicle when I experienced a major issue. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in fixing the issue but also recommending further work that was required. His knowledge, but also his sense of kindness and caring nature made me feel like I could trust him with my vehicle. I really appreciate this coming from a person who does not know me and knew I was from out of town but still showed compassion for the situation. The price for the repair was very fair (what I expected)! I would definitely go back to Pete if I had another issue with my vehicle but I would also recommend my family and friends to use West End Alignment and Auto Shop!”

“Went in to buy a radiator hoping they would have one in stock and I could get the fix done the same day, they didn't unfortunately. They gave me a quote for a next day delivery, very good price. I wasn't initially going to go with Rene's because I was hoping to get the part the same day, so they recommended me to another place (love that ☺). Couldn't find a better deal or anyone who had my radiator in stock so I went with Rene's, I'm glad I did because they took great care of me. I got a phone call early in the morning the next day that my radiator was there and I could come get it at their shop. They picked it up personally instead of waiting on the delivery which could've taken until Monday! That's service! I got lucky too because I got the last radiator their supplier had for my car. Can't recommend Rene's Rad enough. Support your local businesses!”

“Al was recommended by my father-in-law. I had a issue with my exasust separating about 2/3rds back. His first assessment based on my description was for me to make an appointment at the muffler shop on the Kingsway to get it weilded for cheaper then a swap. After looking a little closer while doing my breaks it was clear it was a larger issue. He ended up switching it. This experience showed me he had my interests in mind. I feel like I can trust him now. He is a no mess around older guy who is respectful. I suspect he expects to be treated the same.”
