“This store has a great selection, I go here almost every other day great prices and open late, grocery snacks, drinks, lottery, cigarettes and much more. The owners are very kind and helpful, very clean and convenient.”
“Owner is great. Always happy and never rude. The guy works his butt off year round with next to no days off. I have a lot of respect for him. My one stop shop for lotto tickets or snacks.”
“This store is genuinely the best store in Sudbury. The staff are so nice and very respectful, and there’s so many incredible items to choose from. Highly recommend this store to anyone who’s is looking for top notch service and great products.”
“My parents came here when we first moved in and told me I had to stop in and try the selection of drinks - I've been back weekly ever since. The owner is so friendly and engaging, the other staff are always smiling and helpful and even though we see them less often than the owner they still recognize and remember my kids and I. People and experiences like this are what we think of when we say "community". Thank you for being part of ours!”
“Love my black jumpsuit with the long tri-colour pendant! Wish I would have bought more at the latest pop-up. Shirley is great to work with; knowledgeable and friendly. Hope to see you on the Island!”
“Came here to say that I’m very happy with my experience here at North Star.
I’ve been coming here for their ice cream for the past 2 weeks daily after work and it’s been nothing but great service and good quality ice cream.
Fully recommend!!”

“Churchill Convenience (formerly Madison Confectionery) has truly reinvented itself under new ownership! Their cozy Sudbury location now combines the warm, local charm of the original store with a refreshed vibe and improved offerings.
Friendly service and community feel: The staff is welcoming and attentive—just like the old family-run shop—but with a modern, upbeat energy.
Fresh selection of essentials: You’ll find a great mix of everyday convenience items, tasty grab-and-go snacks, and drinks—perfect for quick stops or post-work convenience.
Clean and well-organized: The aisles are tidy, everything’s easy to locate, and the store layout feels bright and inviting.
A fantastic local gem—and a great reason to stop by whenever you need something quick or a little treat.”
“This store recently reopened under new management (formerly Korner Konfectionery). Bright and clean store with great product selection. Parking is available and friendly staff!”
“Great store and fuel stop. Plenty of room around pumps doesn't feel crowded and store is well setup. Lots of selections and friendly staff. Carwash works awesome did a great job on my jeep. Went from salt white to its blue again.”
“Great store friendly staff. Excellent prices on Dempster's bread. The Subway restaurant could go back to being open at 5:00 AM the only reason I gave 4 stars.”

“Actually a pretty good store with good staff. The cashier noticed he overcharged me and was apologetic while issuing a refund. That speaks to professionalism like no other. Good job 👍”
