I've had a few problems, and they have exceeded my expectations fixing the problem every time.There's a lot of negative reviews, as they are a bit overworked, and issues do happen. If you use your manners when you have an issue, they'll happily fix whatever it was.”

“Wow! I just had some of the best customer service EVER. I ran into the store 10 minutes before closing time looking for my favourite organic coffee cream. There was none on the shelf, and when I asked Cameron (who doesn't work in that department) if there might be some in the back, he said he'd be happy to go look. He came out a moment later and said he couldn't find it. "But my brother works in that department and he's outside waiting for me to go home and he could look!" SERIOUSLY? Clearly Preston & Cameron have been very well trained & their parents have taught them to be kind & respectful. Even though I didn't get my favourite cream (after they both looked for me) I went home happy as a clam. Wow...such effort to try to make me happy. ???Bravo gentlemen. Keep up that work ethic & success will come your way!”
