“I LOVE Giant Tiger for its affordable products. There is something for everyone. The store is always clean and well merchandised. This particular Niagara location however has one of the most rude and unfriendly cashier. It goes far beyond just having a bad day. I have personally received bad customer service from A.D. and observed her treating others horribly (confirming it wasn't just me she treated this way) It astounds me that they have her working front counter. She is short tempered, sarcastic and rude. She sighs in frustration and makes you feel degraded. I watched a customer leave his product at the checkout and walk away because of her mistreatment. She yelled across at him at the door as he left his items behind. He told her he didn't need the stuff so bad to warrant being treated so bad. One would think it all would have been caught on store camera. It was so uncomfortable and I felt for him. I wanted to say something but didn't want to get into it with her. It was closing time. She would not have heard or listened. It wasn't my place. I was getting gift cards and a card. She made certain I knew the card was $6.55 as if I shouldn't buy it. This can't possibly be her only complaint. Her miserable attitude shouldn't be projected on customers. She is why I stay away from this location as much as possible.”

“Have never had a bad issue here. Recommend ordering photos online & pick up as it’s usually a little cluster back in the photo centre. Anne at cash is SO friendly. Mike is also very nice. Pick up orders have always gone smooth. Always someone to help.”
