“After some issues with my old shop, I decided to try this place out, and I’m really glad I did. They’ve earned my trust after just two visits, thanks to their excellent customer service and attention to detail. When I needed new tires, they went over several options with me, explaining the differences clearly and with full transparency. I was impressed by their fair pricing—better than most places I’ve checked around town.
During one visit, I had an unexpected issue with a dead battery, and even though they were already working on another vehicle for me, they squeezed me in without hesitation. I had my kids with me, and they made sure I was back on the road quickly.

“These five stars are for Fred Clarke and his staff over the thirteen odd years I took my car to Freddie's. They were always willing to squeeze me in around a chaotic schedule, tell me exactly what needed to be fixed and cost and be friendly and approachable.
Since Fred retired and Freddie's was sold to neighbouring Orillia Volkswagen and I took my car in for a squeak, they put the wrong belt on my car, tried to tighten it until they couldn't no more, kept me in their waiting room for two hours past my appointment time and then tried to sell me on an almost $1000 repair on a part that only Toyota would provide. I never felt welcome. I went down the street to Holdaway's, who replaced the belt for just over $100 and tightened it a couple weeks later for free.
Unfortunately, dealerships are always going to try and squeeze money out of you. What made Freddie's different is that Fred based his business on service and friendly service. It has been lost since he retired. Find a mechanic who has their own place; it is more likely you will get a good deal.”

I contacted Andrew at Memorial and even though he had no time or space he still fit me in on short notice. Thankfully it was a quick repair and he had me on my way in no time. That kind of dedication to customer service is second to none!

“Just had the truck in for a engine light, it was miss firing on one cylinder. Has all 16 plugs replaced and a coil block replaced, one week later a another coil block went (witch they said might happen), so replace another coil block and the Engine is working BETTER then I first bought it 10 years ago.I've never been able to drive it over 100km without the truck shacking, all the other shops I've bin too checked the suspension & found nothing, it now speeds up to 110km with NO PROBLEMS.Thank you for the great work you gentlemen did and happy Holidays.”

“I visited Jason Hurdle for what I thought was a Muffler problem.
I mentioned it was almost service time for my vehicle and I explained how I dislike going to the dealer.
Jason explain all could be done at Midas and that the regular service that I needed had promotional discount.
I booked an appointment and brought in my vehicle and waited a short time, my choice.
I was happy to find that there was no muffler problems and all of the checks and changes had been done.
The service from Jason, Logan, and Laura was exemplary!! I am elated that I have found Midas as a back up.

“When I called to get a quote for a full set of winter tires, I was asked questions to ensure I received the best and safest option for me. I was asked about price points as well.
