“I can’t say enough about how great Luciana is! (I’m so sorry, I lost my receipt, so I may be misspelling her name). But let me list you reasons why you should definitely shop here.1. She greeted me the second I walked into the store. Incredibly friendly, not pushy at all. You can tell she was just ready to be helpful.2. Store itself is in great order. Tidy, organized, very welcoming.3. I told Luciana what I was looking for, and she brought me immediately to it, so she knows her stuff.4. Gave me some options and then recommended I try things on! This wouldn’t be surprising if it were shoes, but they were arch supports!5. She measured my feet (yes, both) only for me to realize I’ve got a foot half a size bigger than the other. This helped me decide what size arch supports I was getting and gave me an understand why getting shoes has always been a bit difficult for me.6. The shoe style I was looking for was very specific, and geared more towards a CSA approved environment. She pulled up the website and showed me items I could order in if I needed.All in all, she was just a joy to talk to, she was charming, informative, and resourceful.
