“The staff at Masonville are true animal lovers. They were incredibly kind and patient with my son and his dog, which meant so much to us. After we left, they even went out of their way to track us down and let us know that my son had forgotten his Apple Watch. Their thoughtfulness and care really stood out. We’re very grateful for such wonderful service!”

“The staff at Pet Valu Byron are beyond incredible. Friendly and knowledgeable but it goes beyond that. They listen and care about the babies who enter the store. They have supported/listened to me during the heart breaking times I had a loved one pass away. Their compassion helped me through my grief. Im grateful for their cheerfulness and welcoming everything that comes into the store. I know Stitch loves them too. Many thanks!”

“I returned to purchase cat food, I had a problem with my card, Sarah was so patient with me. While I was on the phone with CC Co. I went to look at the grooming area just to see the dogs, as a woman brought in her dog, her dog was scratching at the door to get in and I thought that says alot about the groomer. Sarah was so kind to me. Sarah asked about Gregory and Ed and I told her they passed away March 31and June 22nd, I started to cry and told their stories. Sarah gave me a hug. We talked for a little bit about pets she lost as well. By the time we were done she asked me if she could give me a hug for the road. I cannot say enough good things about my experience today with the staff. Shop here for the best customer satisfaction.”

“Great store and helpful, friendly staff. Only down fall at the wash station is that blow dryer only blows cold air. All other supplies were nice quality.”

“Adopting my beautiful girl, Aruba, from the Animal Care Centre was truly one of the best decisions I have ever made! 🐾❤ Aruba is such a sweet, friendly, and well-behaved dog. She listens so well and is friendly with everyone she meets. She absolutely loves going for walks, playing with her toys, and especially playing fetch! As a first-time fur mom, I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing dog. Aruba has brought so much love, happiness, and joy into my life. My experience adopting her has been wonderful from the very beginning, and I truly feel like she was meant to be part of my family. Bringing Aruba home was such a blessing, and I am so grateful that the Animal Care Centre brought us together. I would absolutely recommend adoption to anyone considering adding a furry family member to their home. ❤🐶🐾”

“100/10 Highly recommended Our original groomer was booked so I called PetSmart and they took her in the same day. We were worried how they’ll do with my dog due to bad experiences in the past. We are completely thrilled, satisfied, and relieved to see how amazing Morgan did. She greeted my dog upon arrived, won her love immediately, and was very friendly with my dog. I have a cockapoo and the price was absolutely fair, affordable and reasonable. Thank you so much”
