My folks made the decision years ago to do their banking with and obtain financial services primarily from First Ontario (then called Rochdale). Great decision! All of the staff there are excellent.”

“Had an issue with my card after depositing my fiancés cheque into our joint account, went into the bank in Ingersoll and was helped in the best way, quick, efficient and friendly service reminded me of how banking used to be. The manager went above and beyond to help me and help his employees solve the problem, and the bank teller I dealt with was just a wicked awesome guy. I never leave reviews for anything but I had to for this because that branch and the people there restored some of my faith in humanity and customer service 10/10 do recommend”
