“As a REALTOR, I’ve had the opportunity to see quite a few ANT Homes properties over the years, both newer builds and homes that have come back onto the resale market. I’ve shown their homes to buyers in Sunnybrae and Stroud, as well as newer ANT Homes properties in Springwater, so I’ve been able to see their work at different stages and in different communities. Norm, Wayne and the ANT Homes team have always been great to deal with. What stands out to me is that their homes have more of a boutique, custom feel than what you typically see from a larger production builder. They build multiple homes and communities, but there is still a noticeable attention to design, finishes and the overall product. From a real estate perspective, it’s always helpful showing buyers a home where the quality and attention to detail are apparent. ANT Homes consistently produces some very impressive homes, and I’ve had a positive experience dealing with them both on their new construction and resale properties. I’d have no hesitation recommending buyers take a look at an ANT Homes build.”

“We recently worked with Joel Faris and couldn't be happier with the results. He was attentive and listened to our wants. He was very friendly and a pleasure to spend a few afternoons with while looking at houses. Thanks Joel!”

“I had the pleasure of working with John Danford recently on one of my clients purchases. I’m a licensed mortgage agent and have been in the industry 18 years working on the bank side as an underwriter and as an agent for 8 years now. This was my first experience with John directly and I have worked with hundred’s of appraisers prior. John went above and beyond for this client of mine when he really didn’t have to. The persistent follow up and negotiation skills with the listing agent were world class in my opinion. We wouldn’t have gotten access to the property without John involved. Thanks again and looking forward to working with you again soon!”
