“Buying my wedding dress was the very first task I tackled during wedding planning, and White Satin made the experience truly unforgettable. From my very first appointment, Dominique, Shannan, and the entire team made me feel welcomed, supported, and never pressured to make a decision. They carry an incredible selection of designers but the moment I saw my Paloma Blanca gown, everything changed. Looking back, it truly feels like my Lorelai Gilmore moment: the dress that came first and somehow made everything else fall into place ✨ Dominique was my bridal consultant, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She helped bring my entire bridal vision to life, especially by pairing my gown with the most beautiful veil. What made the experience especially meaningful was the kindness and care Dominique and Shannan showed my family throughout the process. I had to reschedule my very first appointment because my dad unexpectedly needed emergency surgery, and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. Later, because my mom was not present when I officially chose my dress, I booked a special appointment so she could experience the moment too. Dominique went above and beyond by coming in early on an incredibly busy day, and she even spoke Spanish with my mom to make her feel comfortable, included, and cared for ? “This bridal alterations place is the best! My vest came back by another dry cleaner and one of the buttons had totally fallen off. I was in a panic as I had to leave for a wedding in half an hour. smart bridal wedding and prom sewed the button on for me and didn't even charge me. You can't get any better than this! “Discovered this hidden gem in the city located inside the mall. As a solo visitor trying on wedding dresses for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the great experience provided by Peter. He was very accommodating assisting me to sort out my favourite styles, and to try on as many wedding dresses with different styles and necklines as I wish. I haven't made a decision to purchase which one yet for today, though, want to shout out to my sale rep for being helpful, nice and patient. **edit: I obviously came back here to purchase my wedding dress. It was kinda busy that day; However, the manager Rachelle(?) was *chef kiss?. I quickly picked up a dress without hesitance, though, I still tried out 2 more dresses out of curiosity and she was happy to help, even went above and beyond to suggest me other wedding-related services because I asked. Altogether, she made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. The experience I had was wonderful. Definitely worth visiting for bridal and prom dresses (with or without breaking the bank) ;))) Everyone was in awe with my wedding dress. Timeless. Classy. Beautiful!”
