“I went in to look for my wedding dress expecting it to be an ordeal; due to my body shape I always have difficulty finding things that both fit nicely and I like. So, a 'dream' wedding dress, let alone one I can afford, I assumed was a pipe-dream. I was indecisive and had nothing solid in mind in an effort to temper my expectations so I wouldn't be too disappointed if I couldn't find anything I liked. I'm not an overly emotional person, but from the moment I walked in I devolved into a nervous mess; I had no idea I would be so stressed by something that was supposed to be fun. All of the staff, despite being very busy, were professional, helpful and kind. We must've chatted with all of the staff at one point throughout the appointment - everyone was so friendly and warm! Shout out to the receptionists; you do not have an easy job and you're doing great! I had an appointment with Fernanda and she was excellent! She insisted despite me not having any ideas about what I wanted, I still pick out some things to try on which ended up being an excellent idea because it helped me calm down and get into the fun of the experience! Everything she chose looked very lovely on me and her willingness to take her time to help my search was very appreciated. She was very professional, thoughtful and engaging throughout the appointment and she demonstrated that she really cared about my search for my dress which meant the world to me. I did end up finding my dress and was very pleased with my experience at David's Bridal! I will be back with all my bridesmaids in tow and I am looking forward to the experience! My mother who accompanied me was also very impressed and will likely be back to look for her mother of the bride dress!”
