“UPDATE to my 1 ⭐ Second review-- I decided to return to David's bridal as there was a specific dress they carried and I wanted to try it on. I did not have an appointment this time, but the young girl happily assisted me. I chose 3 dresses to try on, she helped me in the fitting room and was happy to do so and very attentive! Halfway through my appointment the manager, Alyssa started to assist me and she was ABSOLUTELY amazing! She was kind and joyful. My appointment experience was completely turned around and I'm happy to say I SAID YES TO MY DRESS! I fell in love with a veil that I did not purchase alongside the dress, but called today and Lisa went on a mission to find it and communicated thoroughly in helping me! SHE FOUND IT! A HUGE thank you goes out to all 3 of these women! Thank you for turning my experience around and helping me achieve my vision for my special day! First review--I made an appointment, waited at the front for a stylist to assist me, no one had a clue who was going to assist me with dresses, the lady who ended up assisting me was all over the place and didn't take 5 seconds to ask what I liked or what I was looking for. The seamstress was pushy and just kept interrupting me she was also very dismissive about the things I had envisioned for my dress or the certain alterations I was asking about.... I've been told by several seamstresses that my sleeves could be fully lined and she told me that wouldn't happ as it was too much work. When I tried on the last dress my stylist disappeared and I was standing in the dress so long my fiance had to help me out of it!”

“Discovered this hidden gem in the city located inside the mall. As a solo visitor trying on wedding dresses for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the great experience provided by Peter. He was very accommodating assisting me to sort out my favourite styles, and to try on as many wedding dresses with different styles and necklines as I wish. I haven't made a decision to purchase which one yet for today, though, want to shout out to my sale rep for being helpful, nice and patient. **edit: I obviously came back here to purchase my wedding dress. It was kinda busy that day; However, the manager Rachelle(?) was *chef kiss?. I quickly picked up a dress without hesitance, though, I still tried out 2 more dresses out of curiosity and she was happy to help, even went above and beyond to suggest me other wedding-related services because I asked. Altogether, she made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. The experience I had was wonderful. Definitely worth visiting for bridal and prom dresses (with or without breaking the bank) ;))) Everyone was in awe with my wedding dress. Timeless. Classy. Beautiful!”

“Service was great, lovely boutique with amazing products. I bought my wedding veil from there and they were extremely accommodating. I was able to try on the veils without an appointment, purchase it the day of and pick it up the next day for them to do modifications. They sell an assortment of bridal dresses, accessories as well as baby clothes, toys and accessories. Highly recommend!”
