Very difficult to take money out of your account from this bank. It seems like customer service rep dont care.

Worst service. Always a line with not enough people to help. There is no sense of urgency at this branch. It’s one of the only Cibc’s in the area that deals with cash. I try to avoid this branch if I can.

I had Patrick Faucher help me with something and unlike most other bankers he really went above and beyond as he helped me and really gave his time.
