“Saturday morning the 8th of March I had a very pleasant experience. Went in to use ATM machine. A gentleman was using it, so the teller asked to help me. Found out her name was Katie. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Very personable and had an easy going disposition. Left with such a high regard and great opinion of Katie, as well as, other staff. A real asset to your team and I hope she gets a tremendous evaluation.”

“Note: This is not a review of the bank! Message for this branch: I want this bank branch to be aware that we witnessed a young woman of Asian decent (well-groomed and maybe 30 years of age) jam a bunch of her personal garbage in your outdoor garbage receptacle. It was dark and at night. All the local nearby businesses were closed up tight (with the exception of Popeyes). You could tell that she knew exactly what she was doing too. Hopefully, this lady was within scope of your outdoor security cameras. Since the 3-bag limit, I am seeing more of this type of behaviour - and will be reporting it to targetted businesses via my reviews 👍”
