“I always preferred Home Hardware to the other big guys. They have more of that small town, family business feel to it. And their prices are reasonable. Went this last week to look for a cordless 21¨ snowblower after the storm. The friendly staff helper came up to us right away ( we didn’t have to search around for 10 minutes for help like you do at Canadian tire), and was really helpful. He told us honestly that the snowblowers in the category we were looking at wouldn’t be able to handle the type of snow. We were looking to shovel during the storm. They only shovel so many inches high at a time and they don’t do well with slash and ice mixed in with the snow after it’s hardened. We appreciate his honesty as it saved us a trip from returning it. And that’s just one shining example why we would prefer to continue shopping there over than the other big guys! It is worth the extra 15 minutes drive to go out there.”
