“This Ren's Pets location is a nice pet shop to visit! Liz and her staff are friendly, and over the years, they have helped me find the right food and toys to care for my cat. This store is a short walk away from the Terry Fox bus station. I'll keep visiting it for my pet needs!”

“The staff are truly phenomenal. You can see how much they care with every interaction and they are extremely knowledgable. These people love pets. The selection of high quality products, especially Canadian products, is the best I have found anywhere. This store may be Ottawa’s biggest hidden gem. If I could recommend one place for pet lovers to shop, it would be here”

“Great pet store here in Stittsville. We buy our food and have our little JRT pawdicure done by the wonderful groomers. The staff are amazing, top notch and so knowledgeable. Always ready to help and greet with a friendly smile. Store is so clean, spacious and well stocked with all sorts of fun stuff for your pet. I love stopping in as much as my dog. 🐕🐾”
