“Pretty much in and out with the self check outs.Much prefer this location over Main St, Stittsville.I find better deals here and the location and parking lot works for me.Always clean and the seasonal stuff is so fun, especially when it goes on clearance.I need for nothing but once you start dangling 75% off at me, I'm done. Gotta have it.Decent selection. Lots of freezer items. I haven't had much staff interaction but that is what is becoming of the new 'service' model.I've never known a Shoppers to be super customer proactive anyways unless in the high-end beauty area but I prefer Sephora now for very good make up so here it's mainly a few convenience food items, pet treats and paper products. At times, I just don't have it in me to battle myself into Costco.”

“I live just 3 min away from the shoppers on Eagleson road and my pharmacy is there BUT when I need to go to the beauty department, I don't care driving all the way to the shoppers at this location. It takes me like 15 min instead but it's totally worth it. The manager at the beauty department : Uke, is not just the friendliest lady I have encountered in a shop, she is so kind and helpful. Every time that I go I ended up buying more things that I was planning to but all have been great :), she really knows her stuff and I trust her completely when it comes to my skin's health. “***WARNING: If you are coming from the east end and you take Terry Fox exit 140, turn RIGHT onto Terry Fox Drive. I used Google Maps directions and the instructions said to turn left. I kept driving for 5 minutes before I realized I was going the wrong way.Really nice store with friendly staff. The cosmetic selection was unreal! Very upscale with a fancy feeling. There is a Chanel display with various products and this only the second location in Ottawa to purchase Chanel products (the other location is near Rideau).There is also a Canada Post in the back and lots of self-check outs. Plenty of parking too.”

I shopped for a few needed items and met with Mina at the cash and she helped me activate my new Wellness member card. She is delightful and helpful.
