“I was in Kemptville this past Thursday for an appointment and decided to do my groceries here before heading back home to Iroquois. I absolutely love this store. Their items are always fresh and well organized. Their gluten free selections in the health food area are some of the best in all surrounding areas! Even better was the lovely cashier I had, Liz. My order was fairly large, and partway through her scanning my order, the computer froze. It was hard to tell where it had left off, but we were already around the $250 mark so we were well into the order. She was trying to scroll through and look to see where we had finished last, but it was proving to be difficult. I suggested that if she was up to voiding the order, I didn’t mind if she would like to start again and assured her I was in no hurry. I could see she looked stressed and I in no way wanted her to worry that items were not paid for and her be at fault. She was beyond thrilled with this offer as it was easier to do this then try to figure out where we were with the order. I moved my already packed items in my cart back to the conveyor belt while she was able to take the things that hadn’t been packed yet and we started again. She didn’t get flustered or upset, but maintained her great smile, and I truly appreciated the amazing customer service given! She thanked me for having the patience as well, and I told her that life is too short to get stressed over things like this. I was truly happy to have done my groceries in Kemptville and enjoyed a great experience with Liz the cashier.”
