Canadian Tire provides an okay to great experience with outstanding and wonderful service. Staff are fairly nice, very sweet, kind, considerate, patient, and the best. They are very helpful and do not give up until finding what customers need, going over and above to assist in locating items across different departments like automotive, paint, and the warehouse. Some visits are good, leaving customers smiling and happy. The store has some really good deals. However, it is noted that they do not seem to have a lot of stuff in stock anymore, which is very disappointing. The location is appreciated for having patient people. Overall, service is highlighted as exceptional, with specific thanks to helpful staff in the service department, at the automotive desk, in paint, and as a cashier who accommodated customer needs.
Lots to choose from. Nice to see the Hudson Bay items for sale. Staff friendly and helpful.

I had an excellent experience at Canadian Tire thanks to Shawn in the automotive section. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while assisting me. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, and he truly went above and beyond.
