“What incredible customer service at our Bradford Walmart tonight. I had an online grocery order to pick up, but when my credit card was comprised the only solution from online was to cancel the order. I called this morning to the store and spoke with Ryan who was able to arrange for me to just come in, and ring the order through at the till. When I got there tonight, William brought up my order to the front of the store and Patrick rang everything through. They unpacked the online boxes, double checked the pricing to be sure they matched those online, repacked everything again and all with smiles on their faces. William even helped take it all to my car and load it. I completely recognize how inconvenient this was for them, but was never once made to feel like it was. Thanks for your excellent service guys. Truly appreciate you going above and beyond ?.”
“It's fun going to a Ctire store that is different from your normal. This one had a party city aisle and pet aisle, but it cool to see more hunting and ice fishing gear here than in city stores. The have different activities in the area, and of course cater to those. I'll know where to go for serious winter camping sleeping bags (don't forget to look on the very top shelf for "minus a lot" mummy sleeping bags!). Worth a trip for not-city-type activities' equipment.”
