What a people working here, I guess they still have not figured out that in Canada you let an 8 yo child to use the washroom even if not buying anything. Maybe back where they are from 'compassion' is not a word, but if you come to this country, accept its ways.

8:51pm filled up gas, walked in to ask if I can use their washroom. They said it's out of service !?! At this time? Yea right. Never coming back again.

Please check the review before you go. Terrible service. No public washroom as many people mentioned earlier. The most worst situation is that the gas service requires to get inside and pay before you do anything. But it won’t work still. so you have to go and forth many times. Many stations are out of order.

The cashier guy was so rude, and he don't even know how to assist the customer properly, he don't greet with smile, I've ask him if it's possible to do a full tank on my car,unfortunately he dont say anything and he continue playing on his phone,

Wish Google doesn’t have a mandatory one star option because this Esso gas station does not deserve one.
We had two toddlers urgently needed to use the bathroom. We kindly ask the cashier, an elderly person. But we got rudely turned away because we are not purchasing customer.
Nature’s call, you gotta go. Both toddlers had to answer the call in the bushes at night in freezing temperature.
To the owner of the business, if you want to do business, you have to pay respect first.

It’s awful! Unkind to their customers, they don’t want their customers to use their toilet. And one lady behind me wants to use their bathroom but the cashier (INDIAN GUY) refused to let the lady to use the bathroom , end up the lady went to the bushes. It ridiculous!!!!!

Had to get off highway with a bathroom emergency. The woman at the cash said our washroom is out of service at this time of night.” I told her it was an emergency and she said “no sorry it’s messy in there.”
She just didn’t want me to use the washroom. Public washroom but public can’t access it.
