“Amazing people at this location. Incredible customer service. Really went above and beyond for me this past summer.
Dad passed away, I drove across country. Lost the brakes on my car outside of Kingston. ASK Inc. Was very busy but managed to get me on the road within 24 hours.
On my way home the part they installed failed and I lost my brakes again. Had to rent a uhaul and trailer and tow my car the rest of the way home. Upon inspection at the local shop they discovered the new part failed and contacted Auto Service Kingston who was incredible to deal with every step of the way.
They were very helpful getting the faulty part replaced under warranty and even paid my local shop to perform an oil change for me which really blew me mind.
Im sorry the review took so long but I am always and for ever grateful for your service!

“A great local family run repair center that you can trust. Brought my 2017 Ram 1500 to address a leaky air suspension. They solved the issue by installing a conversion kit by Munroe. Honest and quick repair at affordable rates. Truck drives great and no more leaky air suspension. Will bring my vehicle here from now on.”

“I have been to DPD Auto a few times since Fall 2022 for minor work (oil changes, tires, brake work). I gave them a 'try' because they are a local business and convenient to where I live. Up to the point of writing this, I have had nothing but superior service from this business. I will continue to take my vehicles here unless something changes. I recommend you try them yourself!”
“Quick and thorough. I needed new wipers and forgot until he asked how my wipers were working. Nice quality wipers at a reasonable price and didn’t have to pay extra to have them put on and he protected the wiper arm with a cloth so it didn’t damage my windshield between the change. Knew what he was doing too with the wiper blade change, quick and even made sure they were working well before I left. Overall happy with the speed, not trying to push me into “needing” this or that and very friendly! Will get my next oil change done there again. Price for oil change was reasonable and competitive to other shops especially with my coupon!”
“Press the Easy button! I needed a safety check for my vehicle and Kathy was super pleasant on the phone, and got me in quickly. When I dropped the car off she said it would be at least 2 hours, but 90 minutes later she called and said the safety was completed! And at a very decent price. Great place, highly recommend.”

“8 years ago, I moved to Kingston and was looking for a mechanic. I asked a Tinder date and he recommended Frank and Henry’s. Best thing that came out of that date! Al and his team took care of my 2004 Toyota Echo until the end of its life in 2024. They were able to extend my car’s life way past its prime and I will be forever grateful for that. If you’re looking for outstanding and honest service, look no further. Frank and Henry’s is the place! The cherry on top: you get a muscle car calendar when you visit them for your winter tire change!”
“I recently had my car into a shop to replace my wheel bearing, I got a call that a seal on my transmission needed to be replaced and was leaking and would need to go to a transmission shop, which caused some stress as it’s a month before birthdays/christmas. My shop told me they had called Matt at Mister Transmission who could get me in the next week if I wanted, one sigh of relief as I’ve heard good reviews. I phoned Matt got an appointment set up and dropped my car off. Matt and his staff looked at my car and gave me a quote and said he could get it done the next day. I gave the go ahead and they completed the work, he pointed out some issues he found while it was on the hoist which was appreciated. My car is fixed, my transmission was saved and the communication was amazing during the process.
Huge shoutout to Matt and his staff for relieving some of the stress that comes with hearing “transmission work”!”

Inevitable because it's used repairs and maintenance are if upmost importance so I want to purchase from preferably a DUAL purpose Repair Garage plus Auto Dealer/ they sold it so they sold it, Certified it and their reputation stands behind their Sale,2. Many Customers have less than perfect Credit so a Dealer_ Garage can be creative with Financing Arrangements and Gunnar is more than fair if your honest and forthcoming with him. No oversales here just matching the Customer with their needs and affordability.They helped me and we are grateful.”
“I have been dealing with this auto shop for my last 3 vehicles, I find them very professional, fast, courteous, and reasonably priced. I took my Kia there for a safety and have also had tie rod end work done there , brakes, usual maintenance etc. When my check engine light came on, he checked it and determined it was loose gas cap, and then said no charge!! Kia would charge me $100 just to put the code reader on it!!.The owner is quiet and doesn't talk much , but his actions are top notch!I highly recommend this business.”

“Kingston Collision staff were very professional in their dealings with myself, my insurance company and the car rental place. They completed their estimate and got the work approved with my insurance company within 4 business days from the time I dropped my car off. They ordered parts, scheduled the repairs and completed the work earlier than their estimate of 3 weeks, so less than 4 weeks total. They communicated the status of things and responded to my inquiries promptly via text and email which helped with my planning for being without my car. Shawn gave me a tour of their facility which I found impressively clean and organized. The repairs were very well done and I’m completely satisfied. If you ever find yourself being rammed by a stolen camper van, this is the place to take your car for repairs!”
