“Thank you so much to Chris and all the other staff for helping me today. I got a flat on the 401 after driving over some kind of debris and luckily enough O'Neil's garage was just over the highway. They found me a tire, gave my sister and I coffee and doughnuts and fixed the car in under 1.5 hours and the bill was very reasonable. A fantastic local garage with kind and lovely people Thank you so much!”

“Very pleased with our experience at Insurance Direct Collision Centres. The staff were professional, communicative, and efficient throughout our repair process. Will, one of the estimators, was especially helpful in navigating the process with our insurer and answering questions. Highly recommend!”

“We have been customers of Charmichael's for years and believe them to be the most honest and fair repair service around. My son who lives in Montreal relayed the following: "My band was heading to Hamiton to play a Friday night gig when our van broke down on the 401 while passing through Kingston. The tow truck driver piled us into his truck and took us to Charmichaels where we received the best service! They fixed our van and we were able to make our Hamilton gig on time! "”

“The most honest and knowledgeable auto repair shop in Kingston. I’ve been going there since the 1980’s when Tony owned the shop. Nothing has changed, a shop that actually cares about their customers. Better than any automotive dealership or any other automotive shop I’ve ever been to. I’ve literally sent them 100’s of customers over the years and they all feel the same way. Give them a try and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about. -Paul Babcock”

“Natalie and her team are fantastic. I have no relationship with this company other than my repair. If you want the job done correctly this should be your first choice. Alan”

“Was recommended this autoshop by my brother. Hands down some of the most honest mechanics and staff I have ever dealt with. I needed my front brakes and an oil change on my 2010 Ford focus. They took my car in the same day I called and I had it back the next day. They even replaced the rotors for me (and called me first before just slapping them on). $560 later and my car is running so smooth. Everyone was kind, courteous and professional. Looks like I found my new autoshop. 5/5 would definitely recommend.”

“I came to Vic’s for a pre-purchase inspection and they were incredibly competent, friendly and notified me of necessary maintenance that went unnoticed during (another mechanic’s) safety certification inspection. This helped me make an informed decision before buying a car on facebook marketplace and I could not be more grateful! Highly recommend.”

“From start to finish this dealership was fantastic to deal with. Turner, Cam, Jodie and Craig worked so hard to make things come together. My situation was a unique and difficult one but they sure made everything work. They were compassionate and kept me informed every step of the way. By far my best experience ever with a dealership and I would highly recommend James Braden Ford to anyone looking for your next vehicle. Thank you everyone for such an incredible experience. Top notch in my books!!”

“This was the first time taking my car to J&J Auto (replaced 2 wheel bearings), and I can easily recommend them to family and friends. They are a family business and were very friendly and accommodating. I felt they were very knowledgeable and fair. Needless to say I don't plan on returning to the dealer for future repairs/maintenance.”

“Honest review here from someone who actually bought a used car from them. I got a smoking deal, on an incredibly clean used car. What beat the price and the car (very hard to do) was the service. Mike Neville (finance manager) is a man of his word who will absolutely go out of his way to do what he said he would. From start to finish he was flawless. The GM was very solid too and let me walk out of there with an incredible deal. They were happy that I was happy. 10 star shop, keep a close eye on their inventory because you will find a great deal.”
