Had to come in today because there has been issues with having all my banking in one account. I’ve gone to other Scotiabank branches and none of them knew how to assist. In my experience with other branch associates, they would find my issue complex and would just refer me to calling a number who would then suggest I go to a branch.
However, even with the complexities of my account and profile, Priya B. took her time in assisting me and understanding my case. Months of going to different branches and calling Scotiabank to figure out the issue, she was able to fix in less than an hour.

“BMO has been a good bank for me. It depends on the Customer Service Representative that you have how smooth your visit goes. Sometimes there is only 1 CSR at the desk and sometimes you have to wait long. I received excellent service yesterday from a lady. She was very efficient and knowledgeable about the products and knew how to do exactly what I had asked. Easiest BMO transaction ever.”
