I dropped my car off to have the damage assessed and an estimate done and came back a few hours later to find that the issues had been largely fixed free of charge! Mark provided me with options for more extensive repairs that would involve replacing (expensive) parts, but noted it wasn't necessary to pursue those right away or ever as the aesthetic issues are so minor. I just really appreciated the honesty and the generosity. I can't recommend Crown Collision more highly!”
