“This is by far the best experience I have ever had with an auto-body shop. I dropped my car off to have the damage assessed and an estimate done and came back a few hours later to find that the issues had been largely fixed free of charge! Mark provided me with options for more extensive repairs that would involve replacing (expensive) parts, but noted it wasn't necessary to pursue those right away or ever as the aesthetic issues are so minor. I just really appreciated the honesty and the generosity. I can't recommend Crown Collision more highly!”

“I brought my 2020 Jetta GLI in for an intermittent EPC/check-engine issue that has been causing a significant loss of power. The issue is very real, but unfortunately it never occurred while they were actively diagnosing the vehicle, making it impossible for them to pinpoint the exact cause.
A huge thank you to Scott, the mechanic, who took the time to speak with me afterward and patiently answered all my questions. Also, Georgia, the service representative, was incredibly patient and helpful.

“My girlfriend and I had to have the flex plate/ flywheel replaced on our 2017 Dodge Journey SXT.
We both said “ oh great , we won’t be able to afford to have it fixed.
The finance company that financed the car has a list of approved locations that they send customers to for repairs. We have an extended warranty on the car. Thats another story altogether.
The first place we took it to ( won’t name the company because that’s going to be a separate review) quoted us $2,300 to fix it with parts and labour. We figured because it was transmission related, we figured that was acceptable. Then we found out that the extended warranty wouldn’t cover it. On top of that, they never took it for a road test.
This is where MR. TRANSMISSION comes into play. They are also an approved repair location.
We took it there, explained what was the problem was. First thing they did and said was that they were going to take it for a road test, to confirm what the issue was at no charge whatsoever.
They confirmed that it was indeed the flex plate / flywheel .
Here is where we decided that MR. TRANSMISSION was going to get all of our future business.
They quoted us $1,358 including taxes, parts and labour. They also confirmed that the extended warranty wouldn’t cover not cover the cost of the repairs.
Now here is where things got even better for us.
They deal with a 3rd party warranty/ insurance company that covers repairs, and they approved the repairs for us. All we had to pay was a $53 deductible. Then make bi-weekly or monthly payments.
So there was more than $1,000 dollars difference between the 2 separate quotes and they gave us a 1 year warranty on the repairs, no questions asked.
So hats off to MR. TRANSMISSION for the awesome customer service and professionalism.
They went the extra mile for us.
Also a big thank-you to Jennifer for walking us through the process and keeping our frayed nerves to a minimum.

“I have been dealing with this auto shop for my last 3 vehicles, I find them very professional, fast, courteous, and reasonably priced. I took my Kia there for a safety and have also had tie rod end work done there , brakes, usual maintenance etc. When my check engine light came on, he checked it and determined it was loose gas cap, and then said no charge!! Kia would charge me $100 just to put the code reader on it!!.The owner is quiet and doesn't talk much , but his actions are top notch!I highly recommend this business.”

“Trust is a hard thing to come by these days so after searching for a reputable automotive repair shop for some aftermarket parts to install, I found Robert Moniz Auto. Being a family run business implied to me that there is pride and trust in the work, from old school to new modern computerized vehicles Robert and his crew perform fine work in a clean shop environment. I only had upgrades of accessories that I wanted installed but wanted it done right. From what I observed with other customers larger automotive work that needed done, I watched Robert explain the costs of the work and parts needed to getting it done on their car.
