“The most honest people and service I've ever encountered.I took my 2023 Hyundai Tuscon for a oil change last Thursday and was greeted by the very polite and accommodating Liane. Not long after the vehicle was up on the hoist, their mechanic came out and told us that there was a leak in the oil pan gasket and it would need to be serviced by a dealer as the vehicle was still under warranty. I was told there was no charge for their efforts as an oil change was not done, despite a new filter arriving while I waited. I cannot imagine another garage having this type of honesty. Seriously, I could have been charged and I would have been happy to pay it. Sonny's garage has my business from this point forward and I will be quite happy to recommend them to anyone. Thank you Liane and staff for your professionalism and honesty.”

“Great, Fast, Professional ServiceI had a tire blowout on the highway and although I was able to get the towing company to help me with the spare-I thought I would have to wait a dog's age to get a new tire installed. Instead I called them up and they were able to see me a half-hour later. A half-hour after that I was back on the road with my new tire. “First time going to Roberts Automotive and meeting Robert and his team all were very understanding and Amazing crew I brought a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta in with a friend since she was having some issues with her Knock Sensor and they ordered the part that was needed the next day after confirming it was in fact the sensor that was needed to be replaced. Came back the next morning and they were able to get the work done. It depends on how busy they are just like any other shop. “I have been dealing with this auto shop for my last 3 vehicles, I find them very professional, fast, courteous, and reasonably priced. I took my Kia there for a safety and have also had tie rod end work done there , brakes, usual maintenance etc. When my check engine light came on, he checked it and determined it was loose gas cap, and then said no charge!! Kia would charge me $100 just to put the code reader on it!!.The owner is quiet and doesn't talk much , but his actions are top notch!I highly recommend this business.”

“Great customer service in an age of no customer service!I find it increasingly hard to find good examples of professional service these days. From a simple fast food restaurant to banking it is almost non-existent. But when I do find one, I have to share it.Before Christmas I had a mishap with my SUV. I had to have body work done and when my regular body shop informed me it was a two month wait I ended up choosing MARS - mostly because of their online reviews. Well, they didn't disappoint.From the first visit with Natalie and Charles I felt they were looking after my best interests. They gave me an estimate quickly and liaised with my insurance company with all the necessary details. When my local car dealership couldn't find me a tire, Natalie took it upon herself to source one and have it installed on my SUV. They worked diligently to get my car repaired as soon as possible and delivered it in perfect order. “Was there on 5/19/23 Had a farm tractor front tire flat, The people in the back who do all the work are fantastic, I had to go back a few times to Benson, “being understaffed”. Both employees, one from the tire center and one from the truck centers came out during their lunch break to fix my air leak from hell.
