“Excellent customer service! Friendly and professional! They repaired my iPhone covered by AppleCare+ (they were recommended by Apple when I called to ask about my options in Kingston). I wish I’d known about this place sooner!They actually repaired my iPhone over the Christmas holiday. I dropped it off the Friday before Christmas (minutes before they closed) so I was shocked when they called on Boxing Day to tell me it was fixed and ready to go. Pick up and payment was super easy! It was covered under my AppleCare+ so the cost was minimal and exactly as expected.This will be the only place I take my iPhones going forward. I also love the location; no downtown traffic and ample free parking in their own lot in the west end!”
