“I needed the battery replaced in my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I searched Google to see which businesses in the area offered this service and found Mobile Klinik with a store in my neck of the woods. I popped in this afternoon and left my phone for an hour or so while I went grocery shopping. Shortly after I returned, I had my phone back with a new battery and a thorough cleaning. The gentleman I dealt with (I believe his name was Eduardo) was friendly and informative. I found the price for this service to be fair, and should I need a repair to my phone in the future, I will return to this store. I will also recommend it to my friends. There are two additional stores on Kingston—one at the Cat Centre and one downtown on Princess Street. A positive experience all round.”

“Hi there I give Mobile Klinik Queens Downtown 5 stars plus. Took 2 phones in. Josh was totally awesome. Treated me with respect and kindness. Very much appreciated. He got both phones up and running. Was such a nice person. He didn't charge me for fixing my phones. Just for a new case and Screensaver I purchased. Karma will certainly reward you Josh. Your Mom raised you right. We need a lot more people like Josh in this world. God bless you and your family Josh. Wish you the best always. Thank you so very much. Your awesome”

“I love Qkits. I have brought in heavily damaged music gear such as vintage guitar effects pedals and synths, and James has always brought them back to perfect working order. I can’t recommend Qkits enough.”
