“I had a Moen shower handle that had corroded and had to be drilled off. After searching far and wide for parts I went into Bath Works and spoke with Catherine. She knew exactly what parts were needed and emailed Ross the Moen Rep. The exact parts needed arrived in the mail “ under warranty!” Thank you so much to Catherine & Ross for their efforts needed in my repair. What a great company with caring customer service !!!”

“A very helpful lady in the paint department went out of her way to help me not only pick out paint for various rooms but re-tinted 6 gallons of paint . And that was after I spilt a gallon of paint that she had to clean up and would not let me help. Her name is Ashley. Thank you.”
