“I can’t say that I have ever been this impressed with a pharmacy. Malik has medications ready within 15 minutes from the time the prescription is received, or the refill is called in. I find that the OTC items are cheaper than places like Shoppers or Rexall. I will never deal with another pharmacy after the few short interactions I have had with Malik and his staff. I have always dreaded the long waits at Shoppers to get a prescription filled with a child who is ill.”

“First time at Riverdale to get our COVID & FLU shots. We actually were out of towners! The owners were so gracious and kind. We did not need to book an appointment to get these done. Took the forms to get them filled out and returned a few hours later. There were no issues and they even offered to do the shots for my wife in the car if she had a problem going into the pharmacy. Friendly staff that wants to work with you and be your local pharmacy. Give them your support! Thank you!”
“When Sonny started having health issue in June 2023 we lucked out by finding Nadju's pharmacy. The staff is always efficient and friendly as well prompt with service. Fred was given a prescription that had an incorrect dosage, Nadju caught the error immediately and made the required correction.”

“Very small pharmacy. They don't carry a lot in the way of the "extras" for personal care ie: no make up, one brand of toilet paper etc. Their pharmacy services are second to none. The owner takes the time to talk with all of his clients, shows legitimate concern and care for patients health. The team is small meaning that patients are greeted by name upon entering and staff know each patients needs and prescription requirements. They offer the "extras" ie: flu shots and ensure each patients privacy and all of their questions answered and concerns tended to”

“Walmart is very overwhelming to me so I’m always a bit of a mess whenever I go, but the pharmacy staff are always nice and helpful and know how to deal with insurance like champs. They’re also great at dealing with crazy amounts of people efficiently and effectively. Good service both over the phone and in-person.”

I’ve has issues with one of the pharmacists not giving me a prescription because of side effects even though I’ve taken it before and assured them I never get any side effects. This can’t be very frustrating, especially on a weekend when I can’t call my family doctor to have it changed or confirmed. Aside from this I’ve never had any issue with this pharmacy. If they haven’t received a certain medication or want to double check that I’m okay with a new prescription, Eunice always calls me right away!”
“Bought a case of the wrong type of cat food yesterday, and tossed my receipt in the trash before noticing. Went back today and got a quick, no hassle exchange. My kitty gives 5 stars too, she just doesn't like the pate style. $30 bucks would have been a lot to lose in today's tight economy. I appreciate the great customer service I received today.”
“I love the points program. I will say the changes to this were dissapointing. For pts I find you need to buy double items more often now. Its no different than any other inflation we are seeing. It is still one of my favorite pts program! Watch for the deals!”

“Huge shout out to Helen, Natalie, and Maddy at the Cosmetics counter at Shoppers Drug Mart on Centennial Princess Street in Kingston.
I walked in planning to grab a couple of perfumes for my mum and my wife and walked out genuinely blown away. The level of customer service these two provided was next level. Warm, knowledgeable, patient, and truly attentive. They treated all three of us like VIPs from start to finish.
Not only did they help me find the perfect fragrances, but they also scored me some incredible deals and loaded us up with so many freebies that it honestly felt like a bonus haul. They went above and beyond without rushing us or pushing anything unnecessary. Just pure professionalism mixed with kindness and great energy.
This is the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back and tell everyone about it. If you are shopping for cosmetics or fragrances, do yourself a favour and go see Helen and Natalie. Absolute gems.
