“I’ve been in this store twice and both times had a great experience. The first time was to get my 3yo some hockey skates. He wasn’t with me so we took our best guess at what might fit him best. A few months later, went back as we decided we needed to go a size up in his skates.
They bought the old ones back as well as my rec skates and I bought a new pair of figure skates.
I didn’t get their names but the staff members (both times) were super knowledgeable and helpful and found us exactly what we were looking for. So 2 pairs of skates, 2 pairs of skate guards with the 2 older pair of skates they bought plus sharpening… it was less than $100. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommended!”

“I have narrow feet and dread shopping for footwear. Stores carrying "narrow" running shoes is a challenge. Service and choice was excellent. Staff took the time to fully measure/assess my feet to recommend the type that would suit best and I actually had a 'choice'! of narrow ones to choose from. Happily drive from to Kingston (from Ottawa) again when I need new ones! Thank You!”
