“We went to Play It Again Sports to purchase an item needed for “a new sport." The store had a steady stream of customers, and their representative was busy attending to them. The customer service we received is the definition of what customer service should be. Zack is confident in his job, knows what he’s doing and does it with ease. He asked the right questions, listened, and gave us options from start to finish. The item was the right price? and cut to proper height. Zack taught my little teammate how to tape without waste and gave other tips and tricks. We also purchased other items while we waited.While typing this review, my little teammate mentioned that he's the kid you want to work with; he helps the business with his amazing customer service and will have customers return. Overall, Zack is focused and a natural at representing sports equipment. “Today I went into the Kingston location looking at the Cleveland XL Halo irons. I spoke to Matt Rocci who spent a lot of time with me. He is extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable. “I have narrow feet and dread shopping for footwear. Stores carrying "narrow" running shoes is a challenge. Service and choice was excellent. Staff took the time to fully measure/assess my feet to recommend the type that would suit best and I actually had a 'choice'! of narrow ones to choose from. Happily drive from to Kingston (from Ottawa) again when I need new ones! Thank You!”
