The staff welcomes you with a smile and asks how they can help you. I had a doubt about the kind of pan I wanted. They helped me and cleared any doubts I had too. Very happy with the quality of pans and pizza accessories I have purchased from here. Prices are super reasonable and love the discounts they have.
