“Some prices are better than the other grocery store, some are not. I hate having to drag my ID out to buy beer, since I'm closing on 60 years old. I mean, I know I've aged well, but I know no one wonders if I'm 19. Love the Dagwood sandwiches and the Nanaimo bars! Good sales come along. Produce is always fresh and the deli counter has everything you'd want. Plenty of parking.
The owner can be a little grumpy and I don't like the way he looks at me sometimes, like he's suspicious I'm going to steal something. But whatever, I don't know his experience with older guys that have long hair and are covered in tattoos right? I'm kinda used to being followed by store security in the chain stores and it mostly makes me laugh because while they're following me, a basically honest person, no doubt someone else is stealing something. Teach you to judge eh? But I digress... they get only 4 stars because of the ID thing.”

“Something for everyone, a little bit of everything, NEVER closed! Convenience store prices, unfortunately, but not as bad as big franchise gas station convenience stores. Also, the chicken restaurant is so delicious, it will change your life!”
