A Second Look Books And Movies is a great used book shop and a staple of the area in downtown Kitchener. It is a much bigger store than it looks from the outside, nicely arranged and pleasant to browse. There is always a great selection, including a large selection of signed books, though selection does vary broadly as it is a used bookstore. Customers can find books on a budget and get credit for used books they bring in. The staff are wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and kind. They are willing to accommodate and make excellent suggestions. This creates an important third space for quiet time, a cute date, or time with friends, where people can browse without pressure. It is a great place to walk around, savor every back cover, and find something worth picking up.
Very friendly staff always an interesting selection with decent pricing

I love coming here!!! I bring in my good condition used books and I find some new treasures to come home with. I also love it for my kindergarten class. Lots of good books I can stock our library with.
The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I am a customer for life. -Tanya
