We love going to Big Al's! The staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We get all of our supplies there for our many many different critters and creatures. Everything is good quality and fairly priced.

I would like to thank Sarah and Derek for guiding me through Fitzgerald’s unfortunate fin rot. He has fully recovered and is now a happy and healthy Betta!
Since I moved to Kitchener, I have worked with Derek not only with fish but fresh water plants that will work well visually and thrive in the vase.

Genuinely the best aquarium and reptile store around. I've been coming in since high-school, nearly 10 years now! I wouldn't go anywhere else, every staff member is full of knowledge and I can tell they genuinely care and want the best lives for these animals.
