“Had rotted hood mounts/ plates on my 2007 Volvo VNL rebuilt by Chief's year ago. Everyone else was advising me to replace complete hood at that time, which I probably would if whole truck wasn't painted in 2018. Chief's told me to bring it in and they will rebuilt it. They saved me about $5000, they were honest and straight forward and did it on time they promised. Hood is still strong, maybe stronger than new. I didn't mind driving 250 kilometers to get that done and won't mind doing it again if I need body work done on a truck or car. Thanks again Chief's”

“Overall, my experience with this company has been very good and with multiple staff members. My insurance company made a mistake, and it took a month to have that resolved. However, once Queensway got that taken care of, they got my van in for repair sooner than they had quoted, which was nice. It was still a 2 month wait for repairs.The only issue that I had was that once I got the call to pick up my vehicle I drove it off the lot to discover that there were 2 issues that were missed before giving back my vehicle, so that would be my recommendation to ensure a better inspection of the vehicle is done before handing it back, the one issue was pretty obvious my radio/back up cam were not functional.With that said, I notified them right away, and they were quick to get me back in and repaired the issues fast.The rest of the repairs were pretty extensive in the front of my vehicle, and when you look at it, you would have no idea it has been repaired, full front grill and drivers side needed to be fixed.I have to say I received great customer service from Stephanie, the receptionist she was always friendly, kept me in the loop the whole time, and was very accommodating. I also got to see her work with an older couple the other day. The one customer was hard of hearing, and she was amazing working with them and very patient! Also, Jason and Alec were great as well, very friendly and helpful, especially Alec he went above and beyond to accommodate me today. Thank you to the team as well that worked on my vehicle! I would recommend using Queensway.”
“The experience is simply Amazing! You DO NOT need to search anyone else to do the body work on your vehicle. They have nailed it my expectations. My driver side back door was damaged badly. They made it look brand new for old car. They even paint my entire one side to match the colour. I was so happy with extra service of car cleaning and inside vacuums (Not everyone does this). Some collision company refused to even wash your car. Customer service is amazing and these guys are very professional! They even mentioned that they have a lifetime warranty of their work. This is the sign of their pride work and loyalty towards their job. I can’t say enough Thank you!”
