“We had the wind blow the driver door well past where it is supposed to go. Broke the door arrestor away from the support and damaged the door internally.
When I first went into CSN Koebel's Mark saw me looking a bit lost. He immediately picked up on my need for assistance and from then on walked me through the process. It was a comprehensive claim, new door, repair of door post, painting (the whole ball of wax). They follow up and happily we have a good insurance company. Our cost was the deductible. The paint job was excellent. Ours is a dark red Accord and colour match was dead on. I won't go any where else, just hoping I don't have to.”
