The employee definitely needs training about customer service. They unnecessarily waste time by repeatedly saying “1 second, 1 second.” Also, if pump 8 has a “pay inside” option, they still insist on prepaid only. This has happened twice, where they make the customer prepay. It’s regarding the Friday morning shift...
