“Always a good experience at this station. May I suggest you trim the tree closest to the sign that displays the price of the gas . It can't be seen. I know you usually have the cheapest gas why not let the public know the price.”

“It is a very small simple Esso Gas station but it does have Speedpass+. Usually their prices are very competitive. It's challenging to get in and out on busy days. With the pizza and convenience store inside, it makes for a very busy corner!”

“The staff are always friendly and happy here. I had trouble at the car wash today, was promptly helped. Who I would assume is the owner or a manager, was outside cleaning up debris. Not instructing staff, doing it himself. When I stopped to thank him and an employee, they were both very kind. Great customer service and I respect the pride taken.”

Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average.
