Happened to be a big sale on at the time I went. There was a skirt which had a discount sign on it and I happen to ask someone to check if another item was on sale...ended up checking the skirt. It was NOT on sale but they honoured the discount that was posted and removed the sign.I was amazed that they honoured the discount. Wow. That's service because it was their error but owning to it like that is not anywhere to be seen these days. Great job!

Planned to start a day of shopping at Old Navy, showed up at 9am when Google said the store was open but their hours say 10am regular opening time. Huge inconvenience for the day, after waiting an hour we get inside and there isn't a single item that isn't XXL
