About Pet Valu
Pet Valu is a friendly, neighbourhood store providing pets with everything they need to be healthy, happy, and active. It offers a great selection of pet food, treats, toys, and accessories. The store features a clean and well-organized pet wash area, and a wonderful groomer visits monthly for nail cuts.
The staff are consistently described as wonderful, amazing, friendly, helpful, attentive, and efficient. They are devoted pet lovers who go above and beyond in their service, helping customers find what they need and being very good to all the dogs coming into the store. Specially trained Animal Care Experts are committed to helping shop for the best nutrition and products. The Assistant Manager is noted as being fantastic.
However, one store manager, who is not the regular manager, has received negative feedback. This person has been observed as seeming disinterested in dealing with customers, avoiding them, and acting in an unprofessional manner by ignoring a customer and walking away. This is noted as the only downside, while all other staff are praised.

We just got a new puppy and stopped by Pet Value (Highland Kitchener)for supplies. We were helped by a young lady named Alexa. She was super professional, friendly and helpful. Alexa and all the other staff members (Kim as well) are always awesome. Thanks Pet Value Highland.

The ladies at this location are absolutely amazing! I have a reactive dog who I bring here for baths and buy her food too. They are so accomodating and understanding. We felt so welcomed, and less anxious. Navigating life with a reactive dog can be challenging; we really appreciate all they did to help us. Thank you!!!

We bring our dog here to use the bathing station. The staff are super sweet and helpful! I find they have the best dryer out of the locations we've been to. It's more powerful and dries faster.
