Best employees out there! Never had a bad experience with this store.I called under an hour before close for the best cone for my cat because she kicked it off. The ladies closing last night were so knowledgeable and patient!!! I didn’t feel rushed at all and only realized after that it was minutes til close! Thank you guys once again!

Friendly and welcoming environment. Everything is clean and very well organized. Staff are always welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products at store. You can find a great variety of food, toys, and accessories for your pets.

I took my palliative 223Gfoster dog for a bath, it was unsuccessful. The staff was so helpful, she brought treats, suggested dry shampoo and then helped me get her back in my car. Over and above!! Thanks

Friendly staff and helpful to select right product. I liked their return policy if your pet does not like what you get. Store will donate them and you get your money back.

Great staff but the selection should be much larger for Canadian made cat and dog foods I don’t think any company should be selling some of the foods they are selling especially with the track record of deaths of animals.

Always friendly and very helpful staff lots of knowledge to share and info with a smile.. only thing I can say bad which delivered the 4 stars is because they never have the medium and small bags of royal canin always sold out but other than that super great place!

They don’t have everything I would like they don’t sell First Mate dog or cat food which is Canadian made for decades and family owned, other than that they have a lot of other stuff I’m looking for and decent prices. The customer service is always the best
