What a BIGGGG difference between the services provided today between Erb street petsmart and this one! I had called to book a nail trim for my dog at the erb location this morning and they advised me to just go in. Then I went in, and they told me I had to wait 20 minutes. I was dumbfounded. I left and came to this location and right from the get go, I got A one service! The lady took my information and in a couple minutes and my dog was looked after but it was the service! Fantastic young lady! She did a nail trim, etc......but in my 11 years of going to get her nails trimmed had I NEVER seen my dog get the cutest little bow on her hair! OMG. I am not exaggerating when I say that my dog actually appeared very happy and you know how much anxiety dogs get going for grooming. That young lady was TOP NOTCH! I told her but I needed to write it here especially when the service i got at erb street petsmart doesn't compare at all! Kudos to this location! You hire great ppl, you get great service and loyal customers!

I don’t understand the negative reviews. This review is specifically for the Fairway Rd location. We’ve brought our old guy in twice now to be groomed, and both times I’ve been very happy with their services. He never comes home limping like he did with our previous (private) groomer, and their prices are consistent. Never any surprises. The staff are incredibly friendly and so patient (our guy is anxious). Five stars is all I can give here, but they deserve more!

Worst grooming service, I had taken my 1 year old golden retriever for bath after dropping him at store I got call from store to pick him up right now, the person who was speaking was very rude and she hung up the call and she didn’t even give me a chance to speak. She called back in 2 minutes and asked whether am I on the way, I asked what happened and she replied that my dog is not going into the cage and jumping around so I need to pick him right now. I was told that it takes 3 to 4 hours but she called me in 30 min and asked to come right now. It is very unprofessional, my dog was trained and he will go into cage and the previous people who have done the services to my dog were very friendly and we never had complaints but they are not working with Petsmart anymore as they got job at private grooming saloon , the person who did service to my dog this time doesn’t even know how to speak to customers then how will she know about caring dogs , I would never recommend Lara for bath or grooming and I would never go back to Petsmart again. I would have definitely given 0 rating if I had an option.

I booked an appointment for my 8 month puppy for grooming, they called me an hour before the appointment that they can’t take my puppy. Very very unprofessional.
