Had a really bad experience today with the girl at the front desk. She was not willing to help at all and kept asking me to call customer care service as she was in a rush to leave as it was the end of her shift! Very poor service and she said that her own employees “stupid”.
Never going back to this branch again!

I keep getting calls from their phone number, and the callers accent and bad phone signal makes whatever they are saying impossible to understand. I don't even have an account with Scotia. Not sure if it's a scam but they always just hang up when I try to ask what they want.

The manager is the rudest. The manager and the staff make it the hardest for the customers.
