I visited this branch couple of time. Every-time I had some problem here but at the beginning I ignore it. But now it’s too much. Especially the manager is so rude. His name is Karan. He thinks he own the branch. The way his act is totally unacceptable.

They have bad customer service here. I wanted to move money from my saving account. The guy said he moved it back to my bank account and it isnt even in my bank account. They should hire people who know what they are doing.

Isabelle Mihail was very professional and helped me understand what different products provide for me. She was going an extra miles to help me get the best outcome. Overall, my first time experience with Scotia was amazing.

I have very bad experience with them, there is one advisor not wearing name tag not listening and she is super rude. She is newly hired without knowing customer handling and banking knowledge.

Scotia bank's some employees seems unwiling to work or help the customers, maybe not happy with the bank, giving 3 stars because today we got the help by Ama Yousuf and she was very humble and willing to provide solutions of our problems.

9:30 am opening a bank is not acceptable at all. Everyday there is crazy line up at the door. It should open at 9 am max.

Have not required the services of the bank until recently with the sale and purchase of a new home. Communication was poor, calls unanswered or not returned (at the branch). The automated email messages just created confusion, the customer service 1-800 was poor. The service rep had very poor English language skills. Really disappointed by Scotia.
