The staff at the wickets are friendly. The others, I have no clue because they don’t interact with the line up of people waiting for the two tellers to help them. At least the security guard sitting at the door helps open it for customers, I can’t say the same for the rest of the people who work here.I am quite surprised this branch is still open….

I setup an appointment several days in advance to open 2 new accounts for my children. We arrived on time and we’re not greeted. Fine, we wait 10mins still no greeting. A teller finally asks why we are there, we tell her we have an appointment for 4pm. After the advisor is told we are waiting, we still are not greeted. We wait another 5mins. While the advisor continues her phone conversation, so we leave. My children may have done business with Scotia the rest of their lives. Now they will never do business with Scotia because of the poor business practice of this advisor.

The walk in customer experience is less than desirable. Only one teller opened on a Friday morning at 10 am. Three vacant teller wickets closed. Took 25 minutes to see that one teller.Greeted by security guard, poor tired looking branch in the back end of a forgotten Kitchener plaza.

The bank teller - extremely unprofessional, tone not at all acceptable. Avani, learn some manners on how to talk to someone. Forget customer service, learn how to talk to humans with basic respect. The whole staff needs to train to talk to people first and then do their job, which they are terrible at btw. Also you need to do something about your queues, its gonna stretch out of your branch someday. The only person who is not insane there is the security tbh.

Very bad manners . They don’t know what are customer rights . Recommend to everyone don’t go in this branch . This branch should be permanently close . Specially one Indian lady her name staring from A.. was very rude and don’t know how to deal with customer .

The teller was amazing until their manager was rude saying I will allow them to give you change just because you looked stressed because you’re short staff that isn’t my problem learn how manage a team or start hiring more employees

Usually I don’t make comments on Google, but this one I could not avoid, will give zero stars if it is possible. Extremely poor service. I think Scotia should train their employees about customer service, lady (no name tag) at the counter was horrible.Didn’t care about my issue at all, then I went to the next counter where a trainee was at and he said he’s unable to full fill my request, because he can’t understand why system is not responding to my query, but he tried his best to help me.I visited a Scotia bank branch in Cambridge area for the same reason a few months ago and they processed my request within a minute, I don’t know why this branch is lagging and dragging so much.It was an urgent matter and I had to wait like 30 mins over there, if bank cannot provide a feasible solution to my request and don’t give a value to me as a customer, then why should I keep my accounts with them, so I closed all my accounts with them and will not prolong my Scotia credit card as well.I went to another well known bank and opened a new account, I told what happened to me at Scotia, they said it is their responsibility to provide a solution if system is not functioning, especially when it is an urgent matter.If you are a Scotia bank customer, just avoid this location by any means.

This is the worst Scotia bank Branch in the area. I wish I could give them negative star rating. Lately I have visited this branch a few times and I have had the same frustrating experience. There is long line up and you have to wait for 20 minutes..Not sure why the manger here doesn't care. I am okay standing in line but I saw senior citizens waiting for long to get their turn. If it happened one or twice I understand, but saw the same issue on multiple visits which is not the case with other Scotia bank branches. They need more staff and better attention from management.
